Good news on the Oakland Raiders practice front. Thursday's are usually the most strenuous practice days and to see both Michael Bush and Richard Seymour practicing on Thursday bodes well for their chances this weekend.
For the second day in the row, Michael Bush had full practice participation. This is a good sign for the Raiders who will likely want to run the ball a lot against the Arizona Cardinals.
Another good sign is to see Richard Seymour in full participation during practice.
